Michelle Jasper | Administration Manager

Michelle joined Henderson Connellan in 2020 bringing a breadth of knowledge and experience gained in the property sector, primarily in London and Milton Keynes. The role of Administrator and Sales Support puts those skills and experience to good use in this busy, challenging and varied role. Michelle has a great sense of humour and enjoys her time away from the office baking cakes which is a real treat for everyone in the office sampling her creations!

James Smith | Director

Introducing James Smith the man behind Henderson Connellan, Kettering. James began his career in estate agency as a ‘Saturday lad’ in 1992 when he was 17 years old. He started his full time career working for RCI in Kettering, later joining Henderson Connellan in 1999 as a negotiator.

Everything to do with finance comes via our financial wizard, Sarah, which is very important when it comes to accurate accounting for our Landlords and Tenants. Sarah joined Henderson Connellan in 2007 from a background in corporate finance within the banking sector.

Poppy Maddison | Sales Negotiator

Poppy joined Henderson Connellan in early 2024 in the role of Weekend Property Professional, a role she excelled at as well as enjoyed and has since progressed to a full-time sales role within the Kettering team. Poppy has a great passion for property, having purchased her first home which she extensively refurbished and has now started her next exciting property project.

Amy Shaw | Sale Progressor

Amy returned to Henderson Connellan in February 2022 as Sales Progressor when her children started school. A previous role with the company as Sales Negotiator means Amy has a strength and depth of knowledge for the whole moving process.

When not in the office, Amy enjoys spending time with her young family, baking and keeping fit by doing pilates and running.
